The purchased goods will be in the transaction procedure once payment is processed.
If the goods are not appearing within the game, then please do the following:
- Check your network connection as it may be disrupting the purchase.
- Make sure you are not playing offline.
- Force close the app (completely from tabs) and re-enter the game.
- Give it a time as Google/Apple/Amazon may still be checking the transaction in the act (around 2 hrs)
- Contact us by providing the online receipt for the transaction.The receipt is emailed to the account used to make the purchase soon after the purchase is completed.
