The purchased goods will be in the transaction procedure once payment is processed.

If the goods are not appearing within the game, then please do the following:

  1. Check your network connection as it may be disrupting the purchase.
  2. Make sure you are not playing offline.
  3. Force close the app (completely from tabs) and re-enter the game.
  4. Give it a time as Google/Apple/Amazon may still be checking the transaction in the act (around 2 hrs)
  5. Contact us by providing the online receipt for the transaction.
    The receipt is emailed to the account used to make the purchase soon after the purchase is completed.
