🟡 When you play the Individual Bingo introduced in the 1.3.19 Update, you will receive a large amount of Festival XP. The Festival XP, which looks like coins, will be shown in the Reward Slot located below the screen.

😟 When this happens, you can see only the Festival XP among all rewards. It is, therefore, easy to think all the other rewards have disappeared.

😃 But worry not! All you have to do is take out and remove all the Festival XP from the reward slot, and you will be able to see all the other rewards that you earned in the past but still have not claimed.

🦸 Have some rewards disappeared? Support Heroes may retrieve the item or decline the request. This will depend on the player's previous requests and the collection of items on the board. Submit your ticket to Support Heroes by clicking on 'Contact Us' and check the chat later. Please include the exact names and levels of the disappeared reward.
