If you have one or two flower stamps and cannot complete all three flower stamps because you do not see any Seed Boxes on the Flower Event page, this means that you have already completed the same flower in the past.
In other words that if you've completed all of the new Flower Collecting Quests, you'll receive a different reward instead of the Plant Seed Boxes.
When a player collects all three out of three stamps of an endangered flower showed in the Event Page, they get that flower's profile icon which they can select as their own from the player's profile icon page.
If you completed the flower in the past, you will not receive its seed boxes anymore. But worry not! Instead of those seedboxes, you will receive other rewards that will be even more worth than the 50 jewels you would collect by completing all three-out-of-three stamps of the same flower.
🤔 Are you not sure whether you completed the flower in the past?
In this case, you can go to your profile icon list to see if you have already unlocked the flower icon. If the flower icon is unlocked, you will see it colored, and you will be able to select it as your profile pic.
If the picture is colored, it means you have already received three out of three stamps of this flower in the past, and thus, it is normal for you not to receive any other seedboxes of it in the endangered flower's event.
🤔 How do you check the player profile pic list?
(In the picture, the Dreaming Peony Flower is highlighted)
- Open the settings window > Tap your Profile Icon next to your nickname.
- Check if you can see the flower in the list.
- If the flower is colored, then everything is all right, and it is normal not to receive seedboxes anymore, even if you have one stamp of this flower and it looks like you could re-complete it.
- If the flower is gray, it means that you have never completed it before. Only if you can provide a screenshot of this gray profile pic, you can contact the assistance team to communicate the issue, and we will reply within 72 hours.
🤔 How do I know which one is the right flower?
The Player Icon will be the same as the level 12 flower, which you can check on the flower's event page above the stamps (here, highlighted with the red arrow).
You can check all the endangered flowers and look for the lv 12 Flower's pic from this page of the wiki by looking in the Endangered Plant section and opening the page related to the flower:
