If you haven't received your item even after closing and entering the app again, please follow the instructions below:

1. Tap the ‘Chat’ button at the bottom.
2. Tap one TDS_Purchases.
3. Enter your name.
4. Enter the mail.
5. After the notice from chat, kindly enter the items you haven’t received yet.
6. Kindly attach the receipt of the items to prove your purchase. For Android, attach a receipt with GPA for iOS, attach a receipt that shows orderID
