First, make sure that your AOS or iOS is up to date.

For Apple: Settings - General - Software Update
Please try to follow the troubleshooting tips:
1. Make sure you have a solid connection with your device.
2. Clear the device memory by uninstalling unused apps or/and deleting other videos etc
3. Clear the cache memory by going to those OS mentioned above.
4. Restart your device.
