If your game progress has been lost, try the following:
1. Restart your device.
2. Reinstall the game and reconnect it to Facebook if it was previously connected to these services.

If that doesn't resolve the problem, contact our support team and provide the following information:
1. Your UID that is numbered at the bottom right of the Settings pop-up window
2. A detailed description of the problem.
3. The match-3 level/ the Episode you were on.
4. The amount of coins/ jewels you've had
5. What happened before your progress was lost (you reinstalled the game, changed devices, updated the software, etc.).
