The UID number stands for User Identification Number.
It is a specifically generated number essential to one user only.
The gameplay records and logs can be tracked down with the help of UID in case a player needs assistance.

To locate the UID number, open the game and go to the main page:
1. Click on the Menu icon (square icon) in the lower left corner
2. Click on the 'Settings' option (has ⚙️ icon)
3. Then click on 'Account Settings'
4. UID number will be displayed below the nickname.

The developers do not store the linked account information (email) on the servers. Thus, let the Support know the UID in case you need assistance.
