If you see a message/pop-up saying you do not have enough space, then note that your device ran out of storage space [RAM].

What you can do?
■ Delete the cache of apps and the internet

To delete the cache of apps:
Click on the application installed in 'Preferences - Applications' and click on the 'Delete Cache' option;

To delete the cache of the internet:

Android devices:
1. Open your browser.
Go to Menu > More > Settings or Menu > Settings > Privacy & Security.
2. Tap Clear cache, Clear history, and Clear all cookie data as appropriate.

iOS devices:
From the home screen, go to Settings > Safari.
Toward the bottom of Safari's settings screen, tap the button for Clear History and Website Data, then tap Clear History and Data to confirm.

■ Delete unnecessary applications and information
- Delete information stored in the internal memory, such as applications, photos, and videos that are not currently in use.

❗ NOTE
For guest accounts, game information may be deleted upon deleting the cache/data. Be sure to check if your account is linked to platforms like Google/Apple ID.
